Diplomatic Sales brings together vehicle manufacturers who offer special programs that are tailored to meet the needs of diplomatic, military, international and government customers.
The manufacturer's consultant will help to build the right car for you and your environment and then take care of all the arrangements from ordering the car to delivery around the world.

How do I qualify?
By belonging to one of the following groups:
Accredited diplomat
Active duty military
Expatriate
Organizational purchaser (embassy, NGO, construction project, military unit, aid organization, etc.)
Tourist

Which model?
Our consultants can assist you in your choice of vehicle. They can advise on model ranges, options, colour, transmission availability and additional options.

Which specification?
Some manufacturers offer vehicles that meet individual country specifications.
Fore example, it is possible to order a vehicle that meets United States' specifications for delivery in Germany. This means that, upon completion of you overseas posting, you can return home with a vehicle that needs no modification.

Payment?
A deposit is required with each vehicle order. The minimum deposit varies with each manufacturer from just $550 to 10% of the purchase price. The balance is due before the vehicle leaves the factory.

Am I tax-free?
This will depend upon local conditions so it is advisable to check with the protocol department of your mission or organization who should be in a position to advise you correctly.

Shipping options?
Some manufacturers will allow you to collect your vehicle directly from the factory. Should this be impractical then your vehicle can either be delivered to a local dealership or, in certain cases, to your nearest port.

Delivery time?
This depends on the model and delivery destination. Many manufacturers maintain a stock of vehicles that can be delivered within days. Alternatively, you may wish to order a specific vehicle with your exact combination of features. Depending upon the manufacturer, these specially ordered models can be delivered within 5 to 16 weeks.
